Years of Experience
Alu-Decor was founded in 2010 by Chris Slabbert, a business professional who turned his passion for craftsmanship and customer service into a company built on trust.
After a career at South African Breweries and the successful sale of his first venture, Glass Alliance, Chris wanted to create something different — a company that delivers quality work with integrity and care.
What started as a small team has grown into one of Gauteng’s most respected aluminium and glass specialists. We handle everything from single-door installations to large architectural projects, always with the same attention to detail.
We run on three values: Craftsmanship, Transparency and Reliability.
Craftsmanship: Every system we install is measured, designed and fitted by our own team. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t outsource quality.
Transparency: We are proud members of the South African Glass and Glazing Association (SAGGA). Every completed project includes certified glazing documentation.

Chris holds an IMM Marketing Diploma and has more than 20 years of experience in business and operations.
He understands what clients value most: clear communication, honest advice and results that match expectations.
Chris remains hands-on with major projects and still personally checks in with clients to make sure the Alu-Decor standard is met every time.
